Open Positions
Logic Board Specialist
This is the bench we are building the shop around. Component-level diagnosis and repair on Mac logic boards: power rails, PMICs, liquid damage, no-power and no-image boards. You will work with schematics and boardviews, a microscope, hot air and iron, and a steady stream of boards other shops gave up on.
- Real micro-soldering experience: you have replaced ICs, not just watched it done
- Comfortable reading schematics and boardview files to chase a rail
- Diagnostic discipline: measure first, conclusions second
- Bring examples of boards you have brought back, we will talk through them at the bench
Front Desk / Customer Relations
You are the first person every customer meets and the voice on our phone. We are an appointment-driven Mac repair shop that has doubled its volume this year, and we need someone whose whole job is taking calls and talking to customers: greeting people when they walk in, answering the phone, and making every customer feel taken care of while our technicians stay at the bench. You set the tone for the entire customer experience.
- Strong communication and people skills, in person and on the phone
- Basic knowledge of Apple products (you use a Mac or iPhone daily)
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
- Comfortable with technology, we will train you on our systems
- Calm under a busy counter, friendly under pressure
Mac Repair Technician
Board-level diagnostics, component replacement, liquid damage recovery, screen replacements, and more. You'll work on MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, and iPads.
- Experience with Apple hardware repair (MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad)
- Familiarity with micro-soldering is a plus
- Ability to diagnose at the component level
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
